OPERATIONS MANAGER
ROLE BRIEF
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing our membership and delivering our programme of communications and events. This varied role will be pivotal in the delivery of high quality resources to support our teaching and corporate members.
REPORTS TO: Head of Growth and Operations
CONTRACT: part-time contract based on 0.8 / 4 days per week. Fixed term until 31st May 2025; the role may be extended to a full time position thereafter.
SALARY: £30,000 FTE, pro-rated
LOCATION: Home-working, with a £26 per month stipend. UK travel will be required to committee meetings, team meetings, conference, events and meetings; expenses will be reimbursed. The role may require evenings and weekends, with TOIL provided.
OTHER: Generous holiday allowance, auto-enrolment to the NEST pension scheme.
