Membership is about connection

Join us and connect with school music departments – we are the largest and longest established organisation for Music Teachers in the UK.  We hope that joining the Music Teachers’ Association is the beginning of a long term relationship of mutual benefit.

There are many ways to connect with members of the Music Teachers’ Association. All of the companies and organisations that we partner with are just as passionate about music education as we are and so all of the opportunities are only open to members.  We don’t offer non-member advertising.

Ensemble is our flagship termly publication – a premium magazine representing the best in music education news with respected writers, exclusive interviews and original content. It is frequently distributed widely beyond our members and we encourage corporate members to have as high a profile as possible via advertising and editorial opportunities.

The Music Teachers’ Conference is a vibrant annual gathering giving an unrivalled opportunity for corporate members to demonstrate and exhibit the strengths of their work, together with time to build personal contact with members from all over the UK. Directors of Music use this opportunity to make key buying decisions for their year.

We also offer:

• partnership on CPD events around the UK
• copies of all our publications on release

Plus, our Directory with detailed descriptions of over 130 Independent School Music Departments, distributed to prep-schools and families nationwide.

Annual corporate membership is £175.
