About the MUSIC TEACHERS CONFERENCE

A fantastic annual conference of professional development for music teachers

The Music Teachers’ Conference is a widely respected annual gathering of professionals in music education with a comprehensive and diverse programme lead by some of the best speakers in the UK. Hosted by a member school, our 2024 conference is at Queen Anne’s School, Caversham.

The Conference brings together 250 delegates benefitting from over 30 CPD sessions. The programme includes sessions for Early Years, Primary and Secondary as well as a wide range of subjects, pannellists and practical workshops. Our keynote speakers for 2024 are Sarah Alexander OBE and Errollyn Warren CBE. Our lively trade fair offers delegates the chance to meet with 35 corporate partners ranging from instrument suppliers and publishers to tech platforms, exam boards and touring companies.
